About Pinky

Clara Thomas (Pinky) was born on May 4th, 1939. She grew up in Baileys Bay and was a woman of many trades. Pinky was known as a beautician, a business woman and even a boxing referee. She was fun, fashionable & also a foodie! She loved traveling and this was an inspiration to our international menu.

Pinky also enjoyed to be pushed in a wheelbarrow by her husband Freddy on their anniversary. Pinky and Freddie did everything together and their tradition continues now with Pinky’s Restaurant and Freddie’s Meals and Market being under the same roof.

Pinky’s nickname was given to her by her father who would call her Pinky because her mom always dressed her in pink.
